TECHNOLOGY

Measurement Alone is not Qualification.

Green Bat’s qualification process uses Electrical Fingerprint™ (EFP™), powered by CeLLife Technologies. EFP™ measures a battery’s response across multiple frequency ranges, capturing more than 2,000 data points in seconds. AI-assisted analysis helps identify condition and performance differences beyond a single test value.

Green Bat assesses the results against application-specific criteria to qualify, match and document cells, modules and batteries for their intended use.

Green Bat Qualification

EFP™ measurement, analysis and defined criteria

Conventional testing

Individual indicators and separate tests

Measurement

Voltage, capacity, internal resistance and state of health (SoH) provide useful but partial information.

EFP™ measures the battery’s response across multiple frequency ranges, providing diagnostic data for application-specific qualification.

Assessment

Individual values or generic thresholds alone cannot confirm suitability for a specific use.

EFP™ results are analysed and assessed against acceptance criteria defined for the intended application.

Process & Scale

Separate, time-consuming tests can make consistent assessment across larger batches difficult.

One repeatable process — Measure, Qualify, Match, Document — is designed for industrial scale.

Decision

Test results alone do not determine whether a battery is suitable for use or integration.

A documented qualification decision connects the measured results to suitability, matching and the intended use.

FROM DATA TO DECISION

EFP™ provides rapid diagnostic evidence. Green Bat applies it within a defined qualification process to determine suitability before use or integration.

From Electrical Fingerprint to a Qualified Industrial Decision.

The EFP™ measurement records the battery’s electrical response. Analysis turns this signature into information about its condition and performance.

DIAGNOSTIC EVIDENCE

APPLICATION-SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION

Green Bat assesses the evidence against the technical requirements and acceptance criteria of the intended application.

The result records suitability for the intended use and the basis for the decision. Qualified cells can be matched; unsuitable material is redirected or rejected.

DOCUMENTED DECISION

DIAGNOSTICS & QUALIFICATION

Condition insight and a documented basis for decisions on use, maintenance or replacement.

BATTERY PRODUCTS

Qualified and matched cells for defined battery products and power systems.
